CP PALLET BY APME

CHEMICAL PALLETS

The CP pallet can be produced in nine different sizes.

Below is a brief description of the main types:

  • CP-3 and CP-9: These have a footprint of 114 × 144 cm and are used for handling heavy bags, drums, or barrels. The CP-3 has a lower load capacity than the CP-9 and, lacking two lower runners, is less stable when stacked, which limits its stackability. The CP-9 offers greater strength thanks to the presence of lower runners along both dimensions, providing better stability compared to the CP-3 and ensuring improved stackability of the transported load. Additionally, due to better load distribution, the lower runners of the CP-9 help prevent damage to units stored at lower levels.
  • CP-1 and CP-6: These have a footprint of 120 × 100 cm and are mainly used for bags and boxes. Similarly to the CP-3 and CP-9, the main difference between the two formats lies in the presence or absence of lower runners along both pallet dimensions. Therefore, the CP-1 is suitable for lighter loads, while the CP-6 is designed for heavier loads that require stacking.
  • CP-8: This pallet has a footprint of 114 × 114 cm and is used exclusively for heavy bags. Its particular design allows the bag to be placed upside down so that the central opening of the pallet can be used to empty its contents.
  • CP-2: This pallet has a footprint of 120 × 80 cm and was designed to be compatible with EUR pallets. In fact, in North America, the CP-2 is used as a substitute for traditional EUR pallets.
